Still wondering if the second leg of the Champions league this morning between Liverpool and Barcelona was a dream or not!

Remember Liverpool lost the first leg 3-0 on an awful night for the Reds.

But this morning, without two of their front three players, they smashed Barcelona 4-0 at Anfield to reach another champions league final, winning 4-3 on aggregate.

A truly special performance against all of the odds.

I feel ya LW. My lady has recently spent 5 weeks in hospital. Horrid pain. It's tough to watch.

Yes Marg's pain levels have come down from 8 and above to days were it is "only" at 3-4. Much more manageable and we are trying to lead some type of "normal" life.

Yep, my wife spent three nights in hospital last week with diverticulitis. Very painful, Dr's thought it was appendicitis at first. After being pumped full of antibiotics she is much better now. She has had a dodgy gut for a few years now, and I reckon the diverticulitis has been simmering away for some time before becoming acute.

We are watching some women's show on Netflix ATM.

It's hard for blokes, we are hunter, gatherers and when something goes wrong with your partner all we want is for it to be fixed and fixed quickly. I often struggle with it, I feel totally helpless.
All you can do is be supportive, try and remain positive and get on with it.
RJ, LW and Dr Duck, good luck to your respective partners, hope things improve for you all.

The hospital rang me and said I have been booked in for Monday morning at 9am for my operation...

The specialist told me I would only be in hospital for the day.....

Nurse said that doctor has bugged up again...

Your staying with us until Tuesday...

I said that is OK, I had no plan's :lol: :lol: :lol:

The amount of pain I have been in is just incredible,

Sometimes I forget and scratch my tummy and omg the pain ouch ouch ...

Or I will twist in bed when I am sleeping... It will soon wake you up that is for sure.

Or your eat the wrong things.....

oop: through a eye of a needle and Chuck up in a bucket , feel like your going to pass out all at the same time...

It's crap and I would never ever wish it on anyone...

Just finished the 3rd lot of exercises with the missus knee replacement, better than 90 degree bend and about a 1/2 inch of being flat against the bed. Lost the frame and on sticks now, going strong for 11 days.

Goody all the best for Monday and a speedy, trouble free recovery.
