It sends all of the wrong signals :N:
You can punch and break a strangers jaw and knock out 4 teeth on the sporting field but you will face court and imprisonment if you do it on the streets :/
With such double standards as this violence will continue with impressionable young children and others being given the green light.
If you don't like someone join an opposing sporting team and knock their block off for free 8)
We clearly have put "our love of sport" above "common sense" = Crazy.
I will never forget the horror and that young kids face :brokenh:
