Great hunting silver , the bling looks good in the pics . I found a few this afternoon without hallmarks but they look the goods 8) :Y:

More fun diggin two thrippies though.
N I wished the bling was real, but, the cheap coating is lifting in one spot revealing that pigmetal internal beneath. :/
N my carrot is black lol.
I recon we are all due for some golden days, be it circular or sunshine twill brighten our days all the same.

Got home just a while ago from
the hunt,
found a penny,
but was getting pretty worried that the silver was gunna be illusive, so I went quickly to a favorite old spot (that I've been over before in the past).
The entire hunt.
Here's that silver fresh from the ground
and here it is after a wash under the tap
not as good as ktmmans 1933 shilling

but not too bad either
stars alright, but not crisp
feathers are there
and the crown band is there, not too sure about the pearls yet
have to look through the loupe myself at it yet.

Got a new set of kit to take along on the hunt
helps I think, to keep the skies clear and the hunting grounds Mum.
gotta mix up a few hard to get key ingredients.
and sugar to sweeten the dealeo
then fill the delivery apparatus with the goop
me hips still a little sore
but I can still dig
just me n the mates at the secret digs gettin ready to check the booty after the hunt
can't tell you what was in the chest,
sworn to secrecy O
told em I'd cleared the area previously too, n all we were finding in the way of insurgents were looking like this
toxic cloud aside, we've certainly had our fair share of fun.

Got out for a couple a little hunts today (no silver the first timejust two half pennies, so I had to go out again later)
The finds, all together.
the two half pennies
used the new pinpointer I scored in the Auction here on PA. :Y:
this is the thrippy's first bask in sunlight for a long time.
bit clearer here on the timber
although the other side is stil a little dirty
so here it is water cleaned
1921 thrippy
heads side is looking clearer now too :lol:
and I liked that I was able to use the new L&S pointer for the thrippy retrieval too :Y: :Y:
The battery did go flat on it, but I did buy those batteries about 3 years ago ,.... and it got played with a lot at home too, before I even got out the door lol.

the Garrett was still in the boot too. :Y:
