I appreciate the workmanship but have to ask the reason for building? Will it operate or pure visual? Curious is all :|
To big for the bar and you would need a bloody big pool room

I built the observatory to provide a free community resource and educate, especially youth on the stars and astronomy. I built the steel Iron Man suit for kids hospitals and charities. This one is for me. No motive, no reason. I like it and have always wanted to build one. Learning heaps and applying all kinds of fabrication techniques. It is modular so it all comes apart for compact storage and transport.

I will likely take it to comicons etc, but if charities want to use it, well, I'm open for that.

Baz.

Road sign turbo fan???

Actually, yes it is. They were given to me legit. If you want some, the recycling centres sell them in the dozens of all sizes.

Baz.

Off cuts on the ground were the giveaway, what did you cut them with, they can be pretty tough.

Nice work PMac77 :Y: once my boy's see these they'll want to know who you're suppliers are, they love their fishing. I'll get a few of Charlie's lures and their flys and put up a few pictures.

Thanks RM,
I Get the equipment through Aus suppliers, but I make the Soft plastics, mould the spinner heads and Paint them myself, then assemble, Custom wire shapes I bend myself. I'm happy to share the aus suppliers plus some overseas suppliers and the Brands/Sizes I use if it helps your young blokes out mate :Y: . Definitely put some of their lure and fly pics up.

One completed inspection panel on the port side of the Viper's engine nacelles, made out of scrap ply and some timbers from my demolished pergola. The thing that strikes me humorous is the air filter/water trap that is not only installed upside down, but probably wouldn't work in zero G anyway. Still, it looks cool. I think I've got it pretty close, considering the limited materials and detailed photos I have at my disposal.
