Hi OzzieAu &7.62,
Jeff is a true artisan, pictures don't do his work justice, he only lives 20 minutes from my home; been thinking about going over to see him about making a"you beaut" digging tool to go with the CTX3030 kit, recon it would be a ripper if he had the time to put one together.
Cheers, SinHof.

Gypsy this tip was broke just like yours. 10 minutes with a file, & it was good to go.

An associate has advised i'd be better to leave the edge alone, and reshape the spine down to the point, sounds a better option to me?

And here's the Gutinator..

hi all
i made a monster of a mistake early on
i should have said i have a licence collect knives swords etc
so one of the knives i put up unless you are a collector they are very very illegal in NSW
the mods have taken the offending photo down once again i am so sorry to have done that

All jurisdictions have offences relating to the sale of a knife that is manufactured in a manner that disguises or conceals the blade, and gives the impression of an innocuous item such as a plastic card, with similar dimensions to that of a credit card.
Protecting the Australian community is the highest priority for the Coalition government, and anyone carrying these weapons should consider themselves warned that you will be detected and dealt with by authorities.
Depending on which state or territory they live in, people who hold these weapons can be fined up to $2500 (South Australia) or be jailed for up to two years (NSW, Victoria and Western Australia).

Some nice looking old knives there what's withe the shanks in the top pic?

Any story behind the second from top?looks like its got some real age about it.
