not only did it cost me a few pennys but i have been invited to come and buy some cakes from their market stall tomorrow :rolleyes:
How could i refuse ?
Hope they have a chocolate cake ...
... like i need any more of that for the next month :p

Anyway .... this morning i went back to last weekends site and spent almost 5 hours griding with the 6" coil

I think this was a pin/badge. I cant quite make out what it is. It appears to be a sitting/squating figure holding a staff
On the back i can read 'new design'

Hmm I think I was channeling Silver when I thought of saying that.
 
That site is producung some nice relics, I thought maybe emeralds in the jewellery, though probably not if just gilded copper - is that Budda on the button?

Those square nails can sound good sometimes when at depth, also do a good job at masking the goodies, so better off out of the ground. :)
