Just curious as to what all you guys and gals are finding with detectors
Would it be possible for you all to post a pic of your most valuable piece that you have found

Mine would be my 1.3gm nugget, I know in the bigger picture it ain't much but to me it is worth so much more, first real gold found with a proper gold detector on my first trip with it in a spot known as being flogged badly

The most valuable thing I have found is my 2 "Prospecting Mates" Priceless!!!!!!!!!!!! Trustworthy, Loyal & funny to boot!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've made quite a few very nice finds, hard to say if any are more valuable that others. The sheer volume of finds I've made with my CTX give me a pretty big smile though.

I think it's the feeling the finds give that has the most value, the thrill of the hunt, the wonder of the unknown, and the emotion on the revelation once it's out.
It's all the same big hype and build up, even if it turns out to be just rubbish, until it's in your hands !
I cant pick a winner out of all my finds, as I love them all the same ,.. although I do prefer the silver finds to all others.

Have to agree silver. Sometimes its more about the research you put in, the hunch you went off, that gives you the reward.
Like fishing for example, the biggest fish might not give you the best memory.
Having said that, I am very keen to see peoples most valuable find! Mine is not really worth showing, but here it is anyway......
