Hey guys and gals,

Tony here from Carrum Downs, Melbourne. Been detecting for a few years now but I've mostly stuck to the beach side of things. Kinda hard to get away to the real areas to detect! Anyway I hope to find like minded people, in the Melbourne area of course, that would be keen to meet on a weekend or 2 and try our luck. Certainly happy to stick to the beaches for an easy Sunday morning detect and also keen to travel to somewhere unknown. Unfortunately my friends don't share the same enthusiasm as I have about finding coins, or metal or junk... so I usually detect alone.
