Hi!....I have just joined the forum, I'm located in Tamworth NSW!

I am a newbie when it comes to prospecting and haven't fossicked for many years since I lived in Ballina.

Recently my interest has been sparked again at the Easter Camp Coffs Jeep event, while there we did a couple of days touring all over the hills checking out some of the old goldmines, so now I'm considering a detector to look around here and the Coffs area, as I travel over there every couple of months to visit my youngest son.

Anyway enough rambling from me!

Yes I (Bought a Jeep )...roy cobb :Y:, it's a 2003 GC WJ/WG 4.7ltr V8 HO Overland, small 1.5in lift, A/T Tyres...had it for about 8.5 years now and quite a capable offroader!

Had a heap of fun in the back hills of Coffs last Easter!
