Hi All
The Name is Mick or Wardy.

I'm new to this caper but im giving it a go with a pan.
I'm of to Creswick tomorrow to give it a crack some basic tips would be appreciated.

Hi Wardy. Pan the inside bends of streams as heavier stuff drops off there and also look at crevices on rocks that things can get stuck in.
You can watch some youtube videos on panning, most of the ones ive seen have good advice.

Thanks for the welcome.
I went to Slatey Creek and found a picker and some fine specks 5 all up.
Its just a good day with some fresh air and a wee bit of Gold thrown in.
I'll be back out one day soon this could get addictive.
