hi my names micheal new to prospecting im from the south east vic I have most of the gear I think I need metal detector,pans, sluice
been to Walhalla a couple times not sure if im looking in the right places was thinking of heading near willow grove if anyone has a ideas of where to go would be much appreciated also if anyone is looking for someone to come prospecting with them would be great

Welcome to the forum Mike.

Gippsland is an area that is smack on the Lachlan Fold Belt as it drives east, then north into NSW along the Divide.

Willow grove sounds a good spot right at the base of the belt at Blue Rock Dam and I hope you pan some color.
