Found yesterday at tuena, 1.3gm with the gpx4500 and 11" DD in factory preset, found where I didn't think there would be gold at that size, goes to show gold is where you find it

Hadn't been out since the 12th, and really liking some of the finds that had been posted ..... decided the weather was too kind not to be out there detecting so made a quick dash to Talbot region ...... 8 nice little SDC pieces for just over the 1gm mark.
Deepest was around 4-6 inches in white pipe clay.

Got up to Sofala today for a look around, pulled the 4500 out for a swing first target was piece of lead second target turned out to be my first detected nugget weighing in at just 0.56g

Well done Jamie, now put it in a display pod and write the date, weight and place on a piece of paper and put it in the bottom of the display pod.
In a few years time when you have found kilos of element 79 it will have even more value to you.
