18 g by specific gravity.
The better bit, though any bit to me is good and better than zip, is 13. Honestly I smile at points. Yep im easily pleased. Anything's a win and dont let anyone tell you it aint.

Last day out for the next couple of weeks.
Great day weather wise. Yesterday had a fish and used my go to plastics, orangy yellow ones. Reds were going nuts on em. Caught several small throw backs and three keepers in the hour I was there. Note to fishos, leave the misses at home. Bite was good but she had enough. Fair enough we drove sight seeing for a few hours and stopped for a fish. But leave when they're on!? Still was fun. The one in the picture is I'd guess just under 2 lb. They fight great in shallow water.
Today my last swing maybe for the year. Hope to get another couple in. Maybe.
Got a fainty. About 8 inches down is a good guess. 1 g boomerang. Nice.
Not far away a wierdy, up, wobble signal. Dug to a foot deep still the same. Pain as, hard compact ground that I was convinced was untouched. Had to go back to the car to get the probe, deeper, nope not out. Sus its now for sure junk but hey, you cant walk away, back for the crow bar. An hour later, from first detecting it, foot plus in concrete like compacted ground, I hate that stuff, hard clay and gravel a coin. Dont even know what it is! Actual coin or token!? But after real careful look with a magnifyer and glasses and both I am 100% convinced it has imprinted by someone, no if or buts, 37 on it. Even told the misses, take your time and look with the magnifyer and whatever, what do you see? Her answer 37. The photo I struggled to get it showed right.
But does anyone know a reason old coins were numbered by imprinting them? Id love to know as it definately is or has an imprinted number 37 on it.
