Thanks for the reply's, read the post about the filter on dd instead of mono etc and have seen the video from detectormods, the point is this $180 "is this well spent money" I am after better ease of use and performance on the 5000

I saw that post but the filter I was looking at is the LINK Interference filter ebay price $180

I have been looking at these for a while now, has anyone used or using the filter. Would be great to hear some feed back
