Hi all, I went looking for some limestone and stumbled upon this odd looking rock. It looks like it has gold coloured flakes on it. So was just wondering if someone may be able to identify it as I have no clue. Thanks!

Hello, went to the Yorke not that long ago and found a tone of quartz in between the volcanic beach rocks, is it possible to find gold in the Quartz rocks? Sorry if it sounds like a noob question, new to this mineral stuff.

Hello, I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any fossil locations in the riverland. From my understanding we were under water over here a long time ago, as there is a quarry that contains corral fossils, not aloud to take stuff there though. Thanks

Hi, I stumbled across this whilst metal detecting, found part of a can then to hear another beep. So hit the dirt again and hit a old bottle with quark still on, then to hear another beep then I found this. I have no idea what it is... Sorry for bad quality photos, I will upload better photos...
