Great finds there Stoney It's great to un earth relics and like others have said wonder about the history / story behind them. My partner thinks I am nut's to eating sardines on toast, but like I say to her there is stuff she eats that I can't stand to lol :cool:

Thanks The Duck probably explains why I found the Ford emblem and also a car door handl, car key, mirror etc in the back corner of the church yard must have been used as a dumping point......

Yes I love the patina on that one to. The first three pictures are from 1 church and not sure what the castle / dragon badge is and the ford badge can't be to old. The rest from another church the silver ingot was laying just below the surface about 5mm lol and the bullet was near the front...

Went out over the weekend to a couple of old church grounds. Some nice finds all Pre decimals plus more.!! Bullet is a live round 25.20 :8
