When they are all in bed get two bricks on a bit of rope and knock their power wires down, I had the same 
when I came here and drug dealers and takers, I soon fixed that problem,

Another 54,940 new cases and another 563 have died, 
The number of deaths have halved since yesterday but that could be because it is the weekend normally Monday or Tuesday the numbers go back up but I hope it don't,

Like said It's Monday and the number of deaths has risen in the past 24 hours 926 people have died but the number of new cases has dropped to 46.169, Hopefully this drop won't go back up tomorrow,
To date they have given 2.6 million doses of vaccine to 2.3 million people and 70% of those in care homes have been vaccinated,

just got this off the web a few minures ago
That ain't at the 2,000,000 mark
To me that's a slowing in deaths worldwide (probably ever so slightly though)
Edit- perhaps I should have said a slowing in reported deaths.

Over here they are saying that they are trying to get everyone vaccinated by Spring Time, well that's about 3 months away and a lot can happen in that time,
Also they are saying that they want to get the top 4 levels of people vaccinated first and are talking getting it done by Mid February, Which means I won't get the Jab until about May/June

In the past 24 hours 1243 people have died bringing the total to 83,203 people having lost their lives, With a total number of new cases being 45,543,
The police have also handed out over 45,000 fines to lockdown breakers.
London now has a ratio of 1 in 15 around my area,

The NHS has just said on the News that the UK could be facing 250,000 new cases per day and they also said that Hospitals have started releasing Patients early and putting them up in Hotels to finish their recovery,

Another perspective Australia’s Cases equals 0.00012% of our population and deaths equal 0.000004% of our population.
My elderly mother operates a doctors surgery in the Blue Mountains. Two people came in in January with it, long before it was a publicized thing. It ripped through the staff and the staffs families rapidly. It was a horrid flu, but nothing more stand out than aches and pains and a cough that wouldn't stop. Half the people working there are 60-70 and they were fine.
What annoys me however is the fact that once you've had it you are immune. Yes, 4 people claimed to have had it twice, but there's no re-testing of them done to prove it conclusively and either way that's 4 in how many million? So yes, while nothing is 100% there's a 99.9999999% chance we're immune. And yet we're still enduring the lockdown and all the other nonsense - while hanging out hat on the vaccine being the silver bullet which has a 10% chance of you catching it. So our 0.00000003% risk of catching it twice is apparently 'higher risk' than the 10% chance of catching it.
I just can't square that circle and am sick of everyone losing their mind over something that unless you're severely compromised is just a sucky flu.

Oh well, least everyone will be immune soon enough. Maybe that means we can get back to work and start paying the bills again. I reckon more people have roped themselves due to depression and bankruptcy in Australia than have died of the 'rona. By several orders of magnitude no doubt.

The crazy part is all over the world we have people complaining that they are having to close their pubs and other lesser important businesses because the lockdowns etc and that they are not making any money, Yet not one reporter has asked them why is their profits more important than Human Lives and No Pollies have stood up and said the same, It's a disgrace how people put their making money in place of peoples lives,

Said it wasn't that bad, felt like a mild flu for a day or two. Worst part was the two week isolation and boredom.
They had no pre existing conditions so wasn't that worried

That jumped fast 
90,000 deaths in 7 days
And over the 2,000,000 mark now.
And if they lax it all up once they roll out these vaccines that might be as effective as a good home made garlic bread we could see a spiralling of infection rates inside countries that are just holding there own with it all.
I'm all for total irradication of it... not just keeping it at bay worldwide.
