Newbie to the forum

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and just thought I'd introduce myself.
I live in sa and have just acquired an old second hand gt16000 & ft16000. I hope to get out and learn the finer details about detecting with my son.
I look forward to reading some of the great experiences and knowledge found on this forum.

Lots of good information on here. Im no expert nor am i an experienced detectorist but i know a few things and im happy to help where i can. I go detecting with my son as well and we have a great time together.

Welcome Firey.
Use the search button (top left- magnifying to search topics etc).
Great with kids to teach them of the bush, geology, critters, camping etc.
Good luck to you both on your new hobby.
