I have been trying to find this on that spoon site but it doesn't seem to have the second stamp listed.

The spoon also turned a silver copper colour like the 50% silver coins when put in electrolysis

The last stamp that I missed in the photo is R

Not sure if this will help but I think the first one could be a London mark:

The B stands for Third Quality

The R was probably added later to indicate the owner of the spoon. It could even indicate a military connection.
