Acquired Recently a gpz

Looking for any links to videos about the sensitivity ect

I'm Finding In deep mode I'm having to turn sensitivity down to 3 as very chatty ... will this be a waste of time ?
Ground is hot in some areas with iron stone
Or is it better to set the mode to difficult ground and chase the smaller stuff ?

Cheers mick

Don't ML dealers run a course/training thing when you buy one of the Zs?

Where are you located?

The comment about using the GPZ that got my attention right away (and no i don't own one, just my research) was from a forum member who stated

"Treat this new 7000 as if it were the 1st ever detector you have picked up, and learn from the bottom up,....this is sooo "unlike" the GPX or SD series....forget what you (think?) you know, and learn THIS detector instead."

So far i haven't seen any posts bashing his advice, especially when followed up from purchase, with a minimum 1x day "training session" or day with a mate who owns one, and like for all of us....time on the ground experimenting (best while detecting, but have an undisturbed, in the ground target to practice on,...there's plenty of those out there.) ;)

Good Luck...

First thing get in contact with Minelab & transfer the warranty into your name.

While your at it ask them for a ferrite - they were giving them free to owners.
If you've got the receipt warranty will be all good.
