Wanting to buy sapphires

I'm obsessed with sapphires and want to start my own online business selling sapphires, cos I just can't afford to buy them all for myself to keep (wish I could).
Can anyone give me advice on how I can contact local miners/etc to buy directly?
I would consider rough as well. Thank you
