WA Newbie

Hi All,
This is a brief introduction. I reside in a suburb of Perth WA and have recently joined the Grey Nomad's/Retirees level of life. I have always had an interest in Prospecting and have, when able, tried my hand (an unlucky one at that) at Gold detecting and now enjoy fossicking around the beach and old sites and new ones instead. At least I can usually come home with something, even if it is bits and pieces that assist in cleaning up other lazy peoples rubbish. I have a Garrett ATX, Garrett AT Pro international and have put my name down for the new AT MAX which I believe should be available within the next 2 weeks over here in Perth.
I am looking forward to reading the sites Posts and hope at times to be able to contribute productively for members on this site.
