Now I am unemployed and cant seem to find work in Brisbane, times are tough.

I am reluctant to do so but I need to start selling off my hard won prospecting gear to pay some bills.

Anyway my loss is your gain. Heres the start of it:

1. Garrett GTI 2500 $800 + Postage;
Comes with manual and a set of Koss TD/80 headphones only has the standard coil.

2. Eldorado River Sluice $300 + Postage;
Unused never hit the water bought it from NQ Miners Den when I was in Cairns.

3. Bazooka Gold Trap $200 + Postage;
Prospector model. It was used when I bought it. Hard to get in Australia.
Used once in the Clohesy river FNQ. Was able to trap fine gold with it.

4. High banker $500 + Postage
She is a real cracker and has found gold down to flour gold.
Only been used half a dozen times so like new as I moved onto Metal Detecting.
Made by Bruce Bertram from the Warwick Gold fields, comes with everything you need.
Uses an electric bilge pump 2000gph.
Good for processing material at home or in the field, can recirculate water if water is scarce.
You just need a car battery and away you go.

Will try and get some photos / videos to show these items.

Also selling a JEEP Grand Cherokee Limited Edition 1999 WJ series, V8 with a 2" lift kit so plenty of grunt and clearance $7500.

All these items will be advertised elsewhere after a week but thought I would give you guys first crack at them.

3. Bazooka Gold Trap $200 + Postage;

Have had a few enquiries about the Bazooka Gold Trap.

It is the 30" Prospector model with the standard grizzlies.

It weighs 5.5kg, 76cm long, 33cm wide, 16cm high.

Postage from where I am at North Brisbane to NSW for example would be around $40 which includes $6 to cover receiver signature and $200 in insurance cover:

another great low profile high capacity sluice, i love the wide flare on these designs. it saves time on building rock wing dams to get the flow right in a creek.

Heres the coil. Its the 9.5" PROformance Imaging submersible coil, its waterproof but I never put that to the test:

I've added a comfy arm rest to it as the standard one is just a couple of pieces of foam on it. This one is sheepskin.

It breaks down into 3 pieces and fits neatly in the bag.

The metal detector goes in the main section and the headphones and user manual go in the large pocket at the end of the bag.

9. Coiltek 24x12 Elliptical UFO Coil Waterproof (rare) $500 + Postage

The 24x12 Elliptical UFO is hard to find in Australia as they rarely come up for sale, its an All-Terrain coil. It is a resin potted coil which means that it is also Waterproof. I used it as a patch finder. For its size it is amazingly light weight, and it is great for covering a lot of ground at great depth for larger gold nuggets whilst still being able to detect small shallow nuggets.
