My Son is up on holidays and went for a quick look around a gully Friday arvo with the 705...found $1.40.
He seemed pretty impressed and wanted to go out again today.

Mind you, this is what the total &05 collection looked like after Friday arvo.....not too many trips out...but a meager collection.
A massive 7.15...hehe

So off we go, after I studied a few more vids to hone my skills some more.

It must have worked, as we were both hitting targets with the 705...pinpointing well and having a blast.
Stayed out a few hours.
All up

7x $2
10 x $1
1 x 50c
5 x 20c
7 x 10c
2 x 5c
3 x 2c
5 x 1c

Total $26.41 :D

And I do not know how or why....A 1988 USA Lincoln Cent in poor condition.,,but a cool find none the less.
Going out again tomorrow as he thinks we are going to get rich lol

Nothing too shabby about that, my ventures usually don't produce anything more than a few dollars at a time, but enough to have some fun. :)

Thx guys.
Went back out today for 1 1/2 hours to same place until rained out.

Picked up $10.73 and my first pre decimal 1951 Half Penny.
Photos in the morn
