Finally got a chance to go back to a site for another look around. Only 2 coins but the 1866 penny is in good condition.

Mainly a relic day. Lots of musket balls and a Christmas deco bell. I'm told the prong thing is a bent example of a Chinese musical instrument. One button is, apparently, St George killing the dragon and the other is quite possibly a regimental button.

Sweet buckle and relics/coins, the instrument looks similar to a Jew's Harp, but without the reed in the centre - interesting. :)
 
Whats that thing to the left of the penny in the center ?

That was the last find of the day. A lump of lead with a big hole in the centre. Quite probably a plumb. Quite a different shape to a plumb I found years ago which was conical. I'll put another angle shot up tomorrow.
