Recirculating a highbanker...... Still illegal????

My question is, with the current ban on highbankers mainly being because it distrupts the rivers course of flow, If i were to recirculate my water using buckets, would this still be classed as illegal?

Or im guessing its still illegal because of the "MACHINERY" label that they have put on it.

Bucket only? No issue, its when the pump comes into play you are buggered.

They have come a long way with gravity fed banking in the states, google "gravity fed highbanker" and tons of youtube clips and pages come up

Yeah, high bankers themselves are not illegal. Just using the mechanical/petrol pump etc.

Yeah i was just thinking but using the pump into a bucket it would be sweet, but damm!
