Just came across this, maybe you guys have it already but

I know if I read it about 10 times, I may decipher about 10%, but I also know there are a lot cleverer guys than me on here!

Their conclusion in relation to gold seems to be spelled out clearly on pages 9 &10. Seems that gold is light on, but do your own checks based on their findings areas, and similar country and the geology in the area.

Quite a lot of gold was found on the Palmer river up North and still lots to be found there I believe.

Makes sense to me, have a bit of a google on any of the geology terms if your unsure and look up the place names as well. It helps greatly when u have a mental picture of a place youve been to work with.
As for gold, there is some gold in the areas mentioned but mainly small alluvial.
Just be wary that some places like the upper end of Davies creek is now national park as well as alot of rainforest in that area.
