Iron reject is on Minelab PI gold detectors from SD2200D through to the GPX5000 using DD coils. Whites TDI's & the Garrett ATX both have a form of discrimination available.
The SDC is hard wired to a mono coil so that would be the main reason it doesn't have discrimination being a Minelab machine.
The GPZ is new technology but not sure if the ZVT is the limiting factor or the Super D coils required? Possibly both?

Interesting I've had only a gpz and a sdc , I had a f1 to learn with so kind of missed that boat , does it work ?

It works but IMO on PI detectors of any brand it is limited & I wouldn't be trusting it 100%. Only useful in the most trashy areas again IMO only - others may find it ok?
