After my neighbour lent me the book 'Gympie Gold', I've been bitten with the bug so to speak. :lol:
A complete novice of course, but have been enjoying looking through the posts on here. I'm currently looking around at options for a detector, and will hopefully get out soon for a bit of an explore.
I travel a fair bit for work, so am excited about the opportunities detecting could provide between jobs.
Anyway, that's a quick G'day from me, if anyone else is based around the Sunny Coast, Qld I'm always up for a chat on the subject. There's obviously a wealth of knowledge in these forums and it's great to see a supportive group environment.
