My prospecting gear.

Just got some shots of my sluice and detectors. Redesigning the stand so its not shown. Have 2 sets of Modified Clarkson riffles, 1 set is 20mm high riffles x 12mm lip, the other set is 25mm high x 13mm lip, so i can swap them out if required. Backward tilting at 15 degrees. Also have coarse and fine expanded mesh and coarse and fine matting. Also ribbed matting under the miners moss and under the header box (dont know if i need ribbed rubber mat under header box slick plate area). The pump is a cheap ebay chinese 7.5HP 3" inlet and outlet capable of 1000 litres per minute (i run it on idle). It feeds into the metal box which seperates the water flow to 2 spraybars and feeds 2 other pipes into end of sluice. Metal box also has variable bleed off tap to control water flow to sluice. I also have a Minelab CTX 3030 detector, a Falcon MD 20 gold probe and a Minlab Pro pointer. Also numerous shovels, picks, sieves and pans and now a homemade bluebowl.

Just a wee bit of prospectors envy coming from this side. Loving the header box, nice collection of kit you have, so many nice choices. Bit of good ground and away you go. I'm two thumbs up for the sluice, long and skinny, top build.

Hey andrewmac, ive got a mate who makes them up for me. If you are interested i think they go pretty cheap so anyone who wants a quote on one let me know. The splitter box has just been modified again, added a triclover fitting so the water can enter from any side of the box. Added a garden hose connection for flush outs and to spray my mate when he overheats. :lol:

Bring a chair andymac, theres plenty of room under the end of the sluice with about 250 litres of water a minute to play in if you dont wanna share a hose. And like i said guys if any are interested i can get a mate to make sluices to any specs just reply here or pm me.
