Hi there , recently joined after spending countless hours reading endless threads about prospecting . I have been prospecting for about 7 months mostly in reeds creek between beechworth and Eldorado. I haven't done a great deal of detecting but have had a play with a couple of Garetts and even purchased a jaycar detector for a play. My equipment at the moment consists of a sluicy highbanker , 8hp 2" tomahawk pump, river sluice , a few super sluice garret pans and a couple of estwing pans, 2 metal classifiers, a cleanup sluice and a millers table. I'm out in the creek most weekends and always keen to meet new people and learn what others teach . Look forward to learning more and more and hopefully see a few people out having a dig . Cheers Ben
