Gold mine map waypoint overlays for Google Earth

Morning Kane, we had a laptop problem with great similarity (still have), it'll fire up, but keeps clicking and you cannot type anything, goes very slow with the curser movement and you cant really do anything at all ,.... I'm gunna find out whether a new keyboard fitted would alleviate the problem and be a fix for the laptop without loss of information.I think the keyboards are just plug and play, so would surely not be too an expensive type fix.
Maybe you too still have some sort of hope with the laptop itself.

Try using a usb wireless keyboard/mouse, you can get them for about $30-00

Gday xcvator, it has a wireless mouse, but we've only tried a plug in external keyboard so far. :Y:

.............. i have no overlay maps only KML placemark files that were widely circulated years ago - they're archived on a CD but should be able to find eventually.

Google Earth - Gold Mines & Deposits - Past & Present - All States

Below are gold maps of the various states, they show many past and

present gold mines and deposits, you will need to have Google Earth installed to use them.

To use the overlay in Google Earth, download the .zip file and unzip it, then in Google Earth go up to File > Open then navigate to the .kmz file.

Please note that I did not create these maps nor do I know who did, someone showed them to me so I thought I would share them with you guys.
