Hi everyone, another Dave from Tassie but this one doesn't find nearly as much gold as the bearded burglar from youtube! I've only just got back into prospecting seriously but have been collecting rocks and relics since I was a kid. Recently moved from WA to the Beaconsfield region and am loving all the mining history around here. Even done fairly well panning some of the tailings from the old mines around here. I'm sure there's there's some good reading on the site to pass the rainy winter days and hopefully I find a few goodies to brag about too.
