You can buy a z link receiver that will allow you to tune in any Bluetooth system to the axium will cost you about 160 bucks hope this helps you out
 
The Z-Link WR-1 receiver, you can plug any head phones into, I have one using in ear buds. The receiver also has volume control

Yes, was aware you could use most (if not all) wired headphones/earbuds but it won't tune to Bluetooth unfortunately, as far as I can tell from Garrett specs etc.

You can use all the Z link products with each other (unlike Minelab wireless units) i.e. various Z link containing detectors, headphones etc. are compatible with each other or the Z link tx/rx kit but can't find that it's Bluetooth compatible at all?
