I don't know much about coins but this 20 cent seems to be struck slightly off centre. If you look on the left the boarder of the coin is quite narrow compared to the right hand side. The rear side of the coin is fine.

Gday all my young bloke noticed a difference in a 5cent coin that came out in his washing machine amongst other coins he showed it to a coin dealer who offered him 50 dollars for it he kept it because he likes that sort of stuff hope the pictures work cheers Muk

Nice Error coin. It is what happens when the coin blank is slightly off in the minting machine. Tell him to keep it for as long as he can as it will only get more valuable. :Y: :Y:

This weeks finds at work,a purple Coronation $2 (only 500,000 minted) of which I now have 4,and a proof $1.The $1 is not in very good condition but being able to get it at face value I thought I might as well grab it.

A guy came into the shop using these to buy stuff. Guess he found a stash or something. Anyway he said he was going all around town using these old notes. I switched 3 new 20's so i could keep these.
I looked up the signatures and there only 1993 by the looks of it.
Still cool to see and i forgot how yhey feel in your hand
