Mine is potato with ham and sour cream.

You can't go past good old bacon and eggs. I'm a bit of a lazy bugger when it comes to camp cooking, so other than that it's pretty much tin food for me :lol:

I go all out full blown camp roast! Even mix up gravy.

Roadkill, marinated in diesel, slow cooked. MMMM. served with a good red cask wine. :lol:

Camp oven roast chicken, and spuds wrapped in foil thrown into the coals, is another favourite for those freezing nights. Also nothing like a good curry to warm yourself up.

Home made meat pie cooked in camp oven served with mushy peas and veg, for desert bread and butter pudding
cooked in camp oven served with custard. I love my wife's camp cooking.
