I dont like beer today,liked it yesterday and will most likely like it tomorrow but not today. Im a quantity over quality type of guy, however I do occasionally like an imperial stout.

Since Im into home brewing using all grain methods and love drinking beer whats everyones favourite beers?
On a stinking hot day I love cold lagers such as Tooheys, Stella or Peroni. As for ales Stone and Wood pacific ale, James Squire golden ale or Fat Yak are up there I reckon. Im just about to brew a golden ale but the wife loves Aussie lagers like Tooheys and 4 x so thats whats in the fermenter now. Must keep the other half happy. Cheers.

Been all graining and kegging for 6 years now recently went from home made brewery to a Robobrew which is excellent.
Following recepie is my Coopers Sparkling Ale clone which won best at show 3 years ago and is on Beersmith website if you have it under Croweater Sparkling Ale I'm lucky to get my malt direct from Coopers via brew shop and harvest yeast from a slab of Coopers Red . 3 step mash and 2 stage fermentation lager @ 2 degrees for 60 days best result .

If you like a strong heavy hopped Aussie Ale give it a go

I used to brew my own. All grain. Even came second one year in the state comps in the dark ale category.
Too time consuming so I gave it up.
I now drink Coopers Pale Ale.
