This has to be one of the most lengthy item descriptions I've seen on eBay and I found the seller's rambling account of his experiences with Florida beach-hunting, detector types/usage, sailboat living, etc, etc, interesting and sometimes amusing. Hopefully others will enjoy it too.

thanks , that was an entertaining read and from my early experience (pre detector era) it is pretty much on the mark.

45+ years ago as a teenager I'd don the face mask and snorkle and arm myself with an Hawiian Sling fishing spear and go hunting for flounder and flathead in the shallows and captured as much glitter as I did prey

Being a Boy Scout and raised as a good citizen all was dutifully handed in to the police station............
