2nd post for me
This shotgun shell .303 mk VI
Made by colonial ammunition company Footscray 1890-1920 are these worth anything? I thought it was cool and can I keep it Because it’s spent? I found an intact bullet from eons ago at Sofala 2 weeks ago-handed it to cop last week.

G'day Candice. Yes you can keep this one because it is spent.

It is a rifle case, not shotgun, and the only value it will have is as scrap. Get out the Brasso and steel wool and give it a good shine and put it on your mantlepiece as a display piece.
It is great finding really old pieces and they are getting harder to find along with the gold.

Keep at it, at least you're finding some interesting items.

Regards Axtyr.
