Broken Line On Geo Map?

Should be but don't know if WA use the same key/legend as NSW maps.
In NSW a broken line like that would indicate the approximate location of a fault.
If it was a continuous line it would be the fault location.

Its an inferred or interpreted fault/shear not an exposed one.
