Could be. If it was a bird type what am I looking at a recent bone or Prehistoric do you think?

Recent I think, it is not fossilised.

It is a Stingray barb, some fisherman break them off before releasing the ray.

Not a stingray barb. Stingray barbs have heaps of tiny spikes so that when it goes in, it is difficult to pull out. Interesting bone
