Hi T & K,

Nothing significant to brag out as I don't get out enough to the gold fields. Here are some finds with the ATX. They do say 5000 is the go now superseded by the 7000. who knows i can't really say as i don't own one yet and yes still have the unit. (gold not for sale)

Are you able to tell us where the detector is located? (We're thinking about transport and costs etc..... We live rurally).

Have you used this on heavily mineralised ground as like in WA?

Ive gone detecting all day without having to swap batteries. (Say 8 to 10 hours with an hour break or so for lunch)
Ill post some pictures when I get home tonight.
