Anti scam security app for mobiles etc.

I've got a Trend Micro Mobile Security app on my phone, but I'm not sure how good it is. Does anyone on the forum know anything about this app, and is there any that are better? Telstra used to have a security/scam function on their phones, but got rid of it earlier this year. Probably so they could charge us the $10 per month, this app costs. It's a Telstra app I'm guessing because the extra $10 is included in the monthly bill. Are they worth It? wiley

My Sony on aldi plan puts spam and scams into separate file and notifies me.

Eset is pretty good. I use the free version but there is not much on my phone.
Paid version may lock your phone up a bit and you may have to allow permissions for certain apps.
Have not had much experience with Trend.

My Samsung often displays "reported as spam" or "suspected spam" for phone calls and puts scam texts into a separate folder. If I get a call from tele marketers etc I can report them as spam.
