hi all,

stumbled across this site by accident, doing research on electronics - go figure
then i found Wal's Hi-banker, saw some of his videos and now i am hooked.

i have never done anything like it, but gets me away from my desk and will hopefully meet some great people.
the spirit in this forum seems high, which is great.

hope to meet some of you in person, if there is ever a meeting in Canberra and surrounds.
will probably ask a tonne of stupid novice questions, but will hopefully get some answers.
