It wont stick to the fridge at all, found it on a cut-out beach with a lump of rust growing from it.
And yes I did find it with the detector(ACE250) , comes up as Iron, so it could pay(literally) to dig everything.

often casino's do change chips, & old ones have a limited time to cash in. would pay to check with casino though.

Looks like its a poker Chip and therefore worthless. Its from a Registered Club not a Casino and therefore not real money value. I doubt any club would give away $1k funny money!
