Hi xc I also had flat feet as a kid had to wear orthotics hard to get used to but helped for me .I only wear boots or shoes with a heel that has heelped me. Good luck

I work for a forestry company we pick up truck loads of rubbish a year . Some people are even stupid enough to dump stuff with their names and address on it
