    My question is, with the current ban on highbankers mainly being because it distrupts the rivers course of flow, If i were to recirculate my water using buckets, would this still be classed as illegal? Or im guessing its still illegal because of the "MACHINERY" label that they have put on it...

    @ Smokey bandit- you said you cant use a petrol powered pump at Deep Creek? Why? It doesnt say anywhere you cant, you are only not allowed to use a machine to dig, washing your dirt is different.
