Hi Terra, It's a flow dampener. From the look of the video you could really do with one! I make mine out of rope track from Capral Aluminum. You just bolt your rubber sheet to it then run an 8mm allthread through it with nylocks either end. Looks like you can use a nugget trap as well. Cheers.
