Does anybody know if this quartz crystal has travelled very far from its origin,as its very clear not many scratches nice clean edges??

Hey all:) if I'm finding lots of trash in an area ie lead shot buttons bullets and the likes, does that Indicate that not many detectors have Been in that area?

I'm doing a holiday up to yeppoon, rockhampton in may to visit some friends,is there any where not too far from there to go swing a detector or do a bit of panning for gems????:)
