    Went down the beach last night on dusk. Got a few spendables and a 1000 indo rupiah worth about 10 cents I think. Out local this morning before the heat sets in for a few more for the jars. top lot is last nights bottom group this morning. Cheers rod

    Beach with the handbrake

    Went down the beach last night, Thought it might be nice to bring the wife along (maybe not). I did get a bit of detecting in. Not a lot to show a few shiny coins with an English 20p thrown in . Also a nice Pandora silver ring made up for some of my grief. Cheers rod.

    Beach time

    The cool change hit sa about 730pm last night . So down to the beach. Pretty crowded but managed $ 8.80 in coins and an apple 7 iPhone which is being returned to its owner now.     Broken hill.

    Had to go to broken hill xmas day for lunch with the inlaws. Managed to sneak out early morning twice to check out a couple of local parks. Pretty thinned out but managed $36.35 in spendables so not a complete waste of time . Cheers rod.

    Maybe this time.

    I went fishing and fossicking yesterday. Only 1 fish a flathead. some coins and the star (maybe) of the show a wedding ring that weighs 7grams and has a hallmark of 750 hope its not plated and is 18carat finger crossed. Cheers rod.

    Threepence

    I had a fishing trip to the copper coast on the weekend. Managed to find some time for a fossick. $16 dollars in spendables a few fishing sinkers and the star of the show a nice 1922 threepence. Pity it never had a 1 overstamp on it. Cheers rod

    Up the river without a paddle.

    Had a trip up to the riverland on Saturday so put the gofind in the boot. Found a stretch that gets a fair bit of use and after what seemed like 50000 bottle caps and ring pulls got only a handful of coins a 1943 threepence being the shining light.
